Happy 4th of July !

Happy 4th of July upcake style. I made these patriotic cupcakes for our daycare celebration, and my daughter Nicole made the large cupcake.  I hope everyone has a safe and happy Independance day.

What you don't see in this picture, is how I fell off the chair and dropped my camera in the effort to shut the light off.  I wanted to capture the lit sparklers.  Never happen in time.

The reason we have been making cupcakes is because I recently spent quite a bit of cash on cupcakes.  After the purchase I thought to myself, "I could make these cupcakes, why would I pay someone else to make them"?  So, Nicole and I have been making cupcakes for recent events.
