Easter Morning Quiche

This is nice to serve for a brunch. You can make it the day before and just heat it up in the morning.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded  cheddar cheese
  • 4 teaspoons all-purpose  four
  • 1/2 cup cooked ham, diced / spinach /  crumbled bacon or crumbled cooked sausage
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground dry mustard
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
Mix cheese and flour and place into pie crust.  Mix remaining ingredients until smooth. Then, pour into pie shell and cook for 60 minutes at 400 degrees.  I use tin foil around the top of the crust to prevent the crust from over cooking.
